Canon

character: Dr. Horrible is a low-rent supervillain, trying to get into the Evil League of Evil, run by the infamous Bad Horse, and defeat his nemesis, Captain Hammer. But when the goggles and lab coat come off, he's a socially awkward young man named Billy, who's too shy to tell his crush, Penny, how he feels.
